Participants drive in pairs or more as a team in a classic car from our fleet of 21 vehicles, creating natural interaction and conversations that might never happen back at the office.

A relaxed drive via Bedum, Onderdendam, Warffum and Pieterburen through the finest villages of the Groningen Hogeland. Ideal as a half-day staff outing. Duration: 3.5 to 4.5 hours, depending on chosen extras. Price: € 80 p.p. excl. VAT.

Groningen Grain Republic Route – cultural company outing

A drive past four iconic locations: Klooster Aduard, Borg Verhildersum, Noordpolderzijlvest and Menkemaborg, through the historic landscape of the Groningen Grain Republic. Lunch on location available. Duration: 5 to 6 hours. Price: € 95 p.p. excl. VAT.

Industrial Heritage Route – company outing with UNESCO World Heritage

Discover the industrial history of the northern Netherlands past historic windmills, canals, grain warehouses and UNESCO World Heritage site Veenhuizen. The longest and most impressive route. Duration: 4.5 to 5.5 hours. Price: € 115 p.p. excl. VAT.

Tailored to your company

Every company outing at Tonny's Classic Drive is different. Choose from a standard drive, a puzzle rally for extra team building, or a route with a heritage guide for deeper engagement. If none of the standard routes is quite what you are looking for, we will put together a bespoke themed route for a one-off contribution of € 500, fully designed around your company and the experience you want to create.

A fully organised company outing

This is more than just a drive in a classic car. Extend your group outing with a welcome coffee and cake, a luxury picnic hamper, lunch along the route, a wine tasting on location, a BBQ with a private chef or a closing 3-course dinner. A professional photo and video report captures the unforgettable moments. All extras can be booked individually so you compose exactly the programme that suits your team, your budget and your ambitions.

Frequently asked questions about our company outings in Groningen

How large does the group need to be?

The minimum group size is 8 people. For larger groups up to 50 people, we tailor the programme accordingly. Please contact us for options with even larger groups.

How much does a company outing cost?

The base price per person ranges from € 80 to € 115 excl. VAT, depending on the chosen route. Extras such as catering, a heritage guide, BBQ or photo and video report can be added individually.

Is a driving licence required?

Yes, every driver needs a valid driving licence. No prior experience with classic cars is required. Everyone receives a thorough briefing and instruction video beforehand.

How far in advance should I book?

For groups up to 25 people, a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks is usually sufficient. For groups of more than 25 people, we recommend booking at least 2 to 3 months in advance.

Can we have a custom route designed?

Yes. In addition to the three standard routes, we offer a bespoke route for a one-off contribution of € 500. We are happy to think along with you about theme, stops and challenges.

What happens in bad weather?

Most of our classic cars offer good protection from the elements. In the event of extreme weather conditions, we discuss together whether to reschedule. Convertibles are naturally not recommended in rain.
